Training Course Policies & CPE Information, Ltd. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website

Due to the heavy travel schedule maintained by the trainers, there is a no-refund policy for all training courses. Customers may reschedule for a different date indefinitely, but, Ltd. does not issue reimbursement for cancelations or no-shows.

Because most classes happen on-site using the customer’s live data, cancelations are very unlikely. However, in the event that a trainer was unable to fulfill a commitment,, Ltd. would cover all costs associated with the initial date, and only charge the customer for the cost incurred for the rescheduled training date.

At the conclusion of each class, attendees are encouraged to complete the Course Evaluation. This form allows customers to comment on everything from content to presentation styles. Any issues must be brought to the attention of the trainer(s) and salesperson who services the account within 3 days of the conclusion of the event. Every attempt will be made to find a suitable and specific resolution. In the unlikely event that a resolution cannot be reached,, Ltd. will assume the cost of providing the training again until a suitable level of satisfaction is reached.*

*Before the second training is scheduled, the salesperson and the Training department will work with the dissatisfied party to establish measurable objectives and expected results.
